Positions in veterinary medicine - Professors and Associate Professors/Tenures

Department of Animal and Veterinary Sciences (ANIVET) seeks new employees for education and research in veterinary medicine.

From August 2024, Aarhus University begins to take in students to its newly established veterinary education. For preparation and development of the educational and research activities, Department of Animal and Veterinary Sciences (ANIVET) therefore seeks new employees for education and research in veterinary medicine.

In this first round the positions are available from April 2023 or soon thereafter. The education is organized in courses covering educational-relevant themes and consisting of different disciplines, and this is done with the vision to create a professional engagement and at the same time a scientific depth for the students of veterinary medicine.

ANIVET is part of Faculty of Technical Sciences at Aarhus University. The department is situated at Viborg (Campus AU Viborg – Research Centre Foulum) and embraces five research sections having around 200 committed employees of which 50 % are scientific staff. The AU Viborg campus will gradually build up a population of 800 – 900 students.
