A day in the life of an Academy Manager
You will build the educational foundation for health through nutrition and create the conditions to drive prescription towards long term growth target. You will be responsible for strategy and tactics, and execution of related trainings in different formats (e.g. Face to face, Seminars, Webinars and E-learning) with external as well as internal target groups. You will covers the Nordics and work closely with all relevant stakeholders (SciComs, Pillar Heads, Marketing and Sales).
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience and relevant education within the health care or veterinary area
- Understanding of the commercial mechanisms within the business
- Knowledge about drivers of prescription of nutrition
- Experience from roles within Sales & Marketing is an advantage
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Creating the yearly Academy plan to support the business and all pillars in close alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Work efficiently with all relevant formats: Classroom, Webinars, E-learnings and Seminars
- Be the driver of the implementation of the above.
- Work together with the key account managers to identify and execute on strategic educational opportunities
- Be the owner of building and develop relationships with Key Account medical boards and interest groups, by coordinating meeting and events together with Royal Canin veterinarians and key opinion leaders
- Drive relevant content creation – utilize corporate material and/or create cluster relevant material pending business needs, including maintenance of the material
- Keep an active network in Royal Canin global and Europe, to be informed about global/educational event strategies and plans and implement best practices from these.
- Keep up to date with market trends in the field of education in clinical nutrition.
- Be updated on what is needed in all pillar communities
